Samuel Kofi Baidoo，博士，美国明尼苏达大学动物科学副教授。
Baidoo博士从加纳海岸角大学获得动物科学的学士学位，从加拿大阿尔伯塔大学获得动物营养硕士和博士学位。
Baidoo博士撰写或联合撰写了200多篇论文，其中80多篇前瞻性的综述文章。他受邀在国内以及国际的科学论坛和研讨会发表了50多次演讲，以及发表了120多篇论文摘要。
Baidoo博士在研究项目方面的最终目标是探索营养调节对母猪繁殖轴的影响，以及提供新饲料原料在猪营养中应用的知识。

Samuel Kofi Baidoo, B.Sc. Dip. Ed, M.Sc., Ph.D., is an associate professor in Animal Science
at the University of Minnesota.
He received his Dip. Ed and B.Sc. in animal science
from University of Cape Coast, Ghana and his M.Sc. and
Ph.D. in animal nutrition from the University of Alberta, Canada.
Sam has authored and co-authored more than 200 articles of which more
than 80 are peer reviewed. He has been invited to give more than 50
presentations nationally and internationally and presented more than 120
abstracts at scientific meetings and workshops. Ultimate goals of his research
program are to discover the impact of nutritional modulation on the
reproductive axis of the sow and provide information on novel feedstuffs for
swine nutrition.
